ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tony Lopez - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual in Spanish with great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience sales or customer service
• Ability to meet sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
