The Company Manager will cover all performances at the theatre, coordinating with stage and production management to address production/actor needs (including hospitality events), with house management on front of house concerns, and with box office on ticketing issues. The Company Manager will monitor box office activity and institutional ticketing needs, issue daily and weekly reports and manage various ticket inventories for each show, including all house seat and Tony voter ticket requests. The Company Manager will process payroll for production staff including pension and welfare reports, royalty payments and manage show budgets in collaboration with the finance office. The Company Manager will co-supervise (with the City Center Company Manager) a Management Trainee. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in Company or General Management in a comparable setting; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
