Join Our Team as a Ramp Service Agent! We are looking for motivated individuals to handle essential airport operations as a Ramp Service Agent. This part-time role requires a commitment to safety and excellence in customer service while working in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Load, unload, and service aircraft while ensuring passenger safety. Protect customers' baggage, air cargo, and materials from loss or damage during transport. Safely lift and move baggage, airmail, and freight to and from aircraft. Operate pushback equipment and maintain visual contact with safety personnel. Record and track customer baggage, airfreight, and mail accurately. Drive and operate various motorized equipment, including belt loaders and tugs. Complete required paperwork and data entry associated with cargo and baggage handling. Perform additional tasks as assigned within skill and experience capabilities. Qualifications: Must be a resident of Hawaii. Valid in-state driver's license is required. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and a 10-year background check. Must be at least 18 years old. Eligible to work in the United States as per immigration regulations. Complete ramp and SIDA training for airport security ID. Capable of lifting 70 pounds regularly and 40-50 pounds on raised surfaces. Willing to work in various physical positions, including kneeling and climbing. High school diploma or GED is necessary. Preferred: Over one year of relevant experience. Skills & Abilities: Effective verbal communication skills for instructions and information sharing.
