George Dental is looking for a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing team! Located across from City Park in Reading, PA, we are a modern, community-centered practice delivering high-quality dental care to patients of all ages in a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning for a wide range of dental procedures
• Deliver high-quality clinical care in general dentistry including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and root canals
• Utilize advanced dental technologies including digital X-rays, 3D scanners, and CEREC same-day crown systems
• Communicate clearly with patients about treatment options, post-care instructions, and oral health education
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure continuity of care and exceptional patient experiences
• Maintain accurate patient records and charts, adhering to all compliance and documentation protocols

What We Offer

• 4-day workweek (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM)
• First month guaranteed: $700/day
• After first month: 33% of collections
• 401(k) retirement plan
