Day to day as a Bartender/Server As a Bartender/Server at Ninja City in Cleveland, OH, you will be the heart of our customer service experience. Your role will involve greeting tables promptly and with enthusiasm, ensuring that customers feel welcomed and valued. You'll answer questions about our diverse food and drink menus, serving items with care and ensuring their quality and aesthetic appeal before they reach the table. Additionally, you will execute opening and closing procedures, including sweeping, mopping, rolling silverware, and polishing glasses and silverware. Restocking is equally important, as you'll be responsible for replenishing to-go items and sauces, as well as bringing up silverware and glasses from the dish area to ensure a seamless dining experience.
