As a Campus Recruiter, you will contribute to the success of our GIB Campus Recruiting team through providing outstanding service and building strong relationships with our banking community, creating a positive candidate experience, and building strong partnerships with other members of the talent team. As a Campus Recruiter, you will: Manage high volume intern hiring, ensuring openings are being filled according to projected timelines to meet hiring goals. Participate in campus recruiting activities such as presentations, career fairs, mock interviews and workshops. Partner with the campus recruiting team/talent team to plan and execute GIB’s Summer Intern Program including both Undergraduate and MBA. Work directly with hiring managers to understand their business requirements and source top talent. Assist in the creation of accurate job descriptions, identify most effective sources for attracting talent and post openings. Ensure inclusivity/diversity is a top priority; work with both internal and external organizations to create a diverse pipeline of candidates. Learn and develop skill for full cycle recruiting process, including managing multiple requisitions, reviewing candidate profiles and resumes, screening and presenting candidates, negotiating offers and on-boarding new hires. Coordinate high volume on-campus interview schedules and campus events. Manage internal and external candidate referrals, providing a high-touch experience. Deliver unparalleled customer service to both internal clients and candidates. Assist with projects/programs with several recruiting development initiatives. What we look for: Bachelor’s degree and 1-2+ years of experience in recruitment (Investment Banking Campus Recruiting and/or Recruiting Coordinator experience preferred). Must have strong relationship skills and practical experience in a corporate environment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize daily workflow to effectively meet deadlines. Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate Baird’s brand and employment value proposition. Extremely client-service focused and exceptional problem-solving skills. Strong technology skills and experience using an ATS (Workday preferred), CRM (Beamery preferred), MS Office and social media tools. Experience with Handshake/12 Twenty and Suited a plus. May include frequent travel during peak recruiting seasons. Compensation and Benefits: $54,000-72,900 annual salary range. Bonus potential up to 15% of base pay.
