AJG Transport is hiring CDL A OTR Team Drivers for Mail and Auto Parts Freight.
Incentives That Matter:

Weekly bonuses for consistency and performance can add up to $550 per month per driver extra.
Additional performance-based bonuses for clean inspections and safety compliance.
Inquire about our Travel Bonus for qualified drivers.
Up to $5000 Sign-on Bonus over four months.

Top-Tier Pay Rates:

Earn up to $0.70/mile, for experienced drivers, with opportunities to advance after two months of consistent performance.
Drivers with less experience will earn up to $0.65/mile with opportunity to quickly advance based on safety and performance.
Average annual earnings of $115,000+ per driver.
Bring a partner and receive a referral bonus!

Weekly Tiered Incentives:

Earn weekly bonuses after 14 days for staying out consistently and performing safely:
14-20 days: $125 per driver.
21-27 days: $175 per driver.
28+ days: $250 per driver.
These incentives stack and can add up to $550 per month per driver, significantly boosting your annual income.

Time-Off Flexibility:

Drivers who stay out for 28+ days consistently will gain access to additional earned benefits, designed to provide flexibility and reward their dedication (details upon request)

Additional Perks:

Phone reimbursement of up to $50/month to keep you connected on the road.

Freight:

Auto Parts is No Touch Freight - Mail is Occasional Strapping
Mail: 5500-6000 average miles/week
Auto: 4800-5200 average miles/week

Compensation

Potential Detention is $20-$200 per day.
Potential for Additional Layover at $160.
Potential for Inclement Weather / Deadhead compensation.
Full Coverage on Truck Breakdown in case of issue, fastest trip to terminal, and compensation applied to the driver.

Job Requirements:
Must have verifiable CDL driving experience!
Must have conversational level English!
CDL-A Team Drivers:

Dedicated and ready to commit to 2+ weeks out at a time.
Rolling resets on the road based on HOS

Experience Requirements:

Drivers begin at up to $0.65 CPM, with opportunities to advance after two months.

Performance and Safety Oriented:

Bonus eligibility is contingent on clean inspections and consistent, reliable, and safe performance.

Wage Range: 0.65 - 0.70 per mile
