The Chauffeur at The Landmark is a pivotal role, responsible for providing a seamless, luxurious transportation experience for our esteemed clientele. This role demands a high level of professionalism, discretion, and exceptional service. The Chauffeur will embody the Tiffany brand's commitment to excellence, ensuring that every journey is comfortable, safe, and memorable. The primary purpose of this position is to deliver a superior transportation service that enhances the overall customer experience, reflecting the sophistication and elegance synonymous with The Landmark.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional chauffeur services to clients, ensuring a high standard of comfort, safety, and punctuality.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, reflecting the prestigious image of Tiffany & Co.
- Ensure the vehicle is impeccably maintained, clean, and equipped with all necessary amenities.
- Plan and execute the most efficient routes, considering traffic conditions and client preferences.
- Assist clients with their luggage and any special requests, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost care and attention.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding all client interactions and travel details.
- Stay informed about local attractions, dining, and entertainment options to provide recommendations to clients.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, ensuring the safety of passengers at all times.
- Coordinate with the concierge team to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client needs promptly
- Uphold Tiffanys cultural values, projecting an approachable and professional image in appearance, manner, and demeanor.
- Contribute to a positive and productive environment, fostering a highly collaborative network.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a chauffeur or driver in a luxury hospitality or private service setting.
- Exceptional driving skills with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of local and regional roadways, traffic patterns, and efficient route planning.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to anticipate and respond to client needs.
- Impeccable personal presentation and a professional demeanor.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Flexibility to work various hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid chauffeurs license and any other relevant certifications.
- Prior experience working with high-net-worth individuals or within a luxury brand preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods while driving.
- Capability to lift and carry client luggage as needed.
Personal Driver Requirements
- Valid Personal driver License
- Valid License or Permit to transport passengers
- Prior experience as a personal driver is advantageous
- Thorough understanding of road regulations
- Clear criminal record
- Neatly presented and professional
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Punctual and Reliable
- Ability to work during evenings, and on weekends, as required

The hiring range for this position ranges from $33.66-$45.54/hr. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
