Ambipar Response is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Class A CDL Driver to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of equipment, roll-off boxes, vacuum tankers, and waste materials. This role requires a strong work ethic, adherence to safety regulations, and a commitment to delivering excellent service. Essential Job Functions include safely operating tractor-trailer or straight trucks in compliance with DOT regulations, utilizing vacuum trucks to extract and transport waste safely, loading and unloading roll-off containers, handling hazardous and non-hazardous waste according to guidelines, using electronic logging devices, conducting vehicle inspections, reporting issues promptly, securing cargo, following routes and schedules, assisting crew members, and other duties as assigned. Minimum requirements include a Highschool Diploma or GED, valid Class A CDL, clean driving record, ability to pass DOT and Hazmat physical exams, previous truck driving experience, ability to handle physically demanding tasks, and strong work ethic. Preferred qualifications include experience with roll-off boxes, hazmat endorsement, and bilingual proficiency. The position requires willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, and may involve exposure to hazardous materials and all weather conditions.
