Your role and responsibilities The Digital Communications Leader is responsible for executing ABB's digital and storytelling initiatives to support local divisions, business areas, country, and group communications in the United States. This role is critical to elevating the brand and reputation of ABB among customers and external stakeholders in the market. The work model for this role is remote or hybrid depending on location (#LI-Remote). You will be mainly accountable for: Executing ABB's digital and storytelling initiatives to support local divisions, business areas, and group communications, including managing the external website and social channels in the United States. Curating stories across local divisions and business areas to showcase how ABB is solving problems that help customers and partners, thereby strengthening the company's brand positioning. Fostering collaboration and alignment across local business areas and divisions to manage a comprehensive content calendar and tell a cohesive ABB story to customers and partners. Ensuring a balanced profile of ABB locally in the US market across various divisions and business areas. Sharing digital and storytelling best practices to promote professional development within local divisions and group communications. Qualifications for the role Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, PR, Communications, Journalism, Digital Design, or a related field. Minimum of 10+ years' experience in social media and content development. Exceptional multi-tasking skills. Ability to explain complex web traffic data clearly. Strong problem-solving skills. Knowledge of online advertising platforms and Google Analytics. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel). Knowledge of SEO best practices. Experience with web design, web production, and creative design across multiple platforms. Excellent analytical and time-management skills. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently. Legal work authorization to work for ABB in the US.
