Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Solutions Sales. The position is based in the San Francisco Bay Area, with some remote work flexibility. The Director of Solutions Sales will be responsible for driving sales and business development efforts, managing key accounts, leading the sales team, and developing and executing sales strategies. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and managing the overall sales process to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

• Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skills
• Experience in Team Leadership and Sales Management
• Must have strong connections with 3PL, warehousing and other logistics companies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid role with some remote work flexibility
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets in the MHE, AMR/AGV] or intralogistics sector
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
