As an Entry-Level Campaign & Brand Activation Assistant , you'll be instrumental in bringing nonprofit and advocacy campaigns to life in real-world settings. You will support the planning and execution of on-the-ground brand activations , community-facing events , and public awareness campaigns . This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone looking to jumpstart a career in marketing, public engagement, or advocacy communications .
Assist in executing brand activation strategies across community events, pop-ups, and public campaigns
Help organize and staff campaign booths, mobile outreach stations, and promotional activations
Represent clients and their missions with professionalism and enthusiasm
Distribute branded materials and engage community members to drive participation and awareness
Track campaign impact metrics (interactions, sign-ups, engagement levels)
Collaborate with creative, outreach, and campaign teams to maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints
Assist in managing event supplies, signage, and logistics before, during, and after activations
Energetic and outgoing with excellent interpersonal skills
Passion for social causes, community outreach, and nonprofit advocacy
Detail-oriented and dependable with strong time-management skills
Experience in promotions, street team marketing, campus campaigns, or community engagement a plus
Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed
Bilingual (Spanish, Cantonese, Tagalog, etc.) candidates encouraged to apply
Must be able to travel locally and lift up to 25 lbs for event setup/teardown
