The opportunity Our Leadership Development team is looking for an executive full-time coach to provide coaching to priority Partner populations across the US, including those in leadership development programs for future leadership roles. You will be part of a dynamic, national team of experienced coaches focused on leadership development by empowering individuals to meet increasing leadership challenges with clarity, confidence, and impact. EY leaders are called to be more agile and shift their development to sustainably lead, grow, and drive the business. In this role, you will focus on creating these transformative shifts through 1:1 coaching, group coaching, and potentially other modalities. As part of the coaching team, you will actively contribute to the coaching practice and the broader Leadership Development team and vision. You will seek feedback on client experience and coaching impact across the US and gather meaningful insights. Additionally, you will engage as a thought leader in coaching, staying informed of leading methodologies and enablement strategies. Your Key Responsibilities Providing executive coaching as per US and LATAM strategies to senior leaders and leadership teams, managing a book of at least 35 clients. Delivering exceptional coaching experiences to strengthen the Leadership Development brand and generate growth opportunities. Seeking client feedback throughout coaching engagements. Upholding ICF Competencies and Code of Ethics. Collaborating with the coaching team, sharing best practices, and supporting team growth. Building strong relationships with Talent stakeholders to understand and manage coaching demand. Sharing coaching impact and insights with key stakeholders. Preparing and delivering coaching events, workshops, and relevant materials as needed. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required. To qualify for the role you must have 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years coaching senior executives, preferably in professional services. ICF PCC credential and comprehensive coaching education. Fluency in English (verbal and written). Experience coaching virtually in diverse cultural environments. Strong teamwork skills and ability to navigate ambiguity. Growth mindset and ability to foster a coaching culture. Excellent communication skills for thought leadership and branding. Ideally, you’ll also have Certification to work with “The Leadership Circle Profile”. Certification in “Immunity to Change” for individuals and teams.
