Missions Systems Division - With the growing demand for Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance solutions that enable timely and informed decision-making, our Missions Systems Division integrates cutting-edge products and intelligent systems for military ISR aircraft and ground systems.

We provide mobile Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) trailers with a full range of aircraft modification capabilities to support critical missions. DTB has the breadth and depth of engineering expertise required to understand system requirements for design, prototyping, production, and mission support needs, delivering the best solution for mission-critical programs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

The division Financial Analyst will manage Mission System's financial and contractual efforts associated with DOD acquisition systems and provide recommendations to ensure program success. If interested, you will be responsible for planning, forecasting, executing, monitoring, and reporting on the program's financial and contractual status throughout its lifecycle. DTB Mission Systems has a variety of CPFF and FFP programs. Most of our programs are designing and manufacturing product-based deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a government contracts and finance background.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage Program financial planning, funding execution and report on commitments, obligations, and expenditures against program benchmarks.
  • Analyze financial requirements against program budgets to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain detailed spend plans to include personnel, contracts, travel, and material requirements.
  • Coordinate with Program Mangers to gather supporting documentation to initiate and execute funding requests.
  • Monitor and track funding execution.
  • Develop and provide routine financial reports and metrics to communicate financial status to Program Managers and customers.
  • Support meetings to include, RFI's from various stakeholders regarding program and financial aspects of the program.
  • Track and log contractual finances for new contracts and contract mods
  • Review contract CLIN structures for accuracy and compliance
  • Setup and maintain job charge numbers for each program

Required Qualifications:

  • Min. 2-yr. Associates Degree, with 4+ years of experience in Finance and Gov't contract programs.
  • Strong mathematical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint are required
  • A strong work ethic is a must
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills, applied to all levels of the organization, including executives, managers, project managers, senior technical staff, vendors, contractors, and administrative support
  • Familiar with government contracts regarding type and structure
  • Familiar with ERP/MRP software
  • US Citizenship Required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level security clearance is required
