The Opportunity
As part of the Financial Analysis and Reporting team you are expected to understand and use financial reporting methodologies and tools, and prepare and analyze monthly reporting packages for Finance and Functional leadership. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You are expected to focus on building relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context, while navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and technical proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of financial reporting methodologies and tools
- Prepare and analyze monthly reporting packages
- Analyze data for month end close and creating journal entries/accruals
- Prepare budget and forecast submissions
- Mentor and guide junior staff
- Build and nurture internal client relationships
- Develop a thorough understanding of business contexts
- Build/maintain complex financial models
- Adhere to exceptional standards and industry practices
- Enhance personal brand and technical skills
What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of financial analysis experience
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance preferred
- Experience with financial reporting tools
- Driving research analysis, ad hoc reporting and financial insights independently
- Experience with the Microsoft suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Thorough knowledge of data visualization and automation tools (Tableau, Alteryx, and Power BI)

The salary range for this position is: $54,000 - $184,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
