Restoration Estimator - Mitigation and Reconstruction

Our company is dedicated to the restoration of residential and commercial properties after they have experienced a water, mold, fire or contents loss. As an Insurance Restoration Estimator, you will be making a difference in the lives you touch.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

My client is looking to hire an Insurance Restoration Estimator who will be responsible for writing estimates using Xactimate for both residential and commercial projects for fire, water, mold and content losses. Projects range from $50,000 to $500,000.

The successful candidate must define the scope of work and complete accurate and timely estimates in a high-volume environment. Must work with internal as well as external personnel to transition the project from the estimating stage to production.

Required Education and Experience:

• Skilled in using Xactimate and be comfortable with technology.
• Must have the ability to estimate all types of structures that have experienced some form of disaster using Xactimate software.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Write a detailed scope of work in Xactimate.
• You have the ability to negotiate, settle, and finalize estimates with the appropriate parties as needed.
• Be available for occasional 24-hour emergency work.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
