About the Role: As an IT Cost Transparency Leader , you will be responsible for optimizing IT financial performance by delivering cost transparency, analytics, and strategic insights to senior leadership. You will play a critical role in configuring and maturing the TBM model , ensuring accurate financial reporting, and enhancing cost visibility across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Analyze, interpret, and present IT financial data to leadership, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Drive maximum value from IT Cost Transparency and TBM to support business objectives. Provide cost transparency and analytics services for the CIO Leadership Team . Configure, maintain, and expand the TBM model to align with organizational priorities and evolving business needs. Validate, ingest, and manage financial data to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Promote TBM and Apptio adoption across IT and business teams, driving awareness and engagement. What You Bring to the Team: Business Partnering – Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders, align financial performance with business goals, and influence decision-making. Financial Analysis & Reporting – Expertise in interpreting financial data, analyzing trends, identifying risks, and presenting insights to senior leadership. Strategic Thinking – Ability to anticipate future challenges and translate them into actionable strategies for cost optimization. IT Systems & Process Knowledge – Understanding of IT asset management, process management, and IT financial management tools . Communication & Leadership – Strong ability to communicate complex financial concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. TBM & Apptio Experience – Hands-on experience with Apptio and Technology Business Management (TBM) frameworks is highly preferred. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field (MBA preferred). Significant experience in IT financial management, cost transparency, and TBM modeling . Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and IT cost allocation strategies . Strong understanding of IT processes, systems, and cost structures . Position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations .
