Job Description

We are a fast-paced, client-focused Managed Services Provider delivering proactive IT support, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity to small and mid-sized businesses. As a trusted technology partner, we help our clients stay secure, productive, and ahead of the curve.

We’re currently hiring an IT Service Desk Technician Level 2 (Managed Services) with proven MSP experience. This role is perfect for a skilled troubleshooter comfortable managing escalated tickets and supporting complex Windows infrastructure. You’ll collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to resolve a broad range of IT issues in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve escalated Tier 1 support tickets with advanced troubleshooting
  • Support Windows desktops, laptops, and server environments
  • Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services
  • Provide Microsoft 365 and Azure support, including account setup and permissions
  • Use RMM tools (e.g., ConnectWise) for remote diagnostics and resolution
  • Deliver intermediate network support including VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, routers, and switches
  • Assist with server deployments, cloud migrations, and infrastructure upgrades
  • Support client onboarding through system and network configuration
  • Communicate clearly with clients to provide timely updates and build trust
  • Document solutions and ticket progress in PSA and RMM platforms

What You Bring:

  • Previous experience in an MSP or IT service provider environment (required)
  • Strong technical skills with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Azure
  • Familiarity with ConnectWise, Autotask, or similar PSA/RMM tools
  • Solid networking knowledge including firewalls, switches, VPNs, and routing fundamentals
  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to prioritize and resolve issues effectively in a fast-paced setting
