Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production of high-quality thermal and heat exchange products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Niagara Falls, NY

Pay Range: Based on skills and experience

Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday to Friday

What's the Job?

• Operate machines used to shape precision-folded workpieces for heat transfer products.
• Read and interpret blueprints and job orders to determine specifications and tooling instructions.
• Set up, operate, and maintain the chromacoat coating process line.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
• Participate in cross-training throughout the manufacturing facility.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and work to set tolerances.
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
• Basic mathematical skills and the ability to maintain accurate production records.
