  • Enhancing Customer Experience: Actively and consistently supporting efforts to simplify and improve the customer journey across all segments.
  • Comprehensive Performance Analysis: Delivering in-depth reporting and analysis.
  • Sales Channel Effectiveness: Measuring and tracking key performance indicators related to sales channel productivity, close rates, and revenue metrics.
  • Strategic Growth Monitoring: Contributing to the development and maintenance of robust reporting capabilities to monitor growth by business segment, market, and competitive areas.
  • Impactful Campaign Insights: Measuring and tracking the performance of significant marketing campaigns using advanced analytical techniques to optimize sales yield and outcomes.

Working Conditions

Normal office environment: This position qualifies for our Hybrid Work Policy, allowing eligible employees to work from home up to one day a week. Some occasional travel may be required.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Management, Finance, Statistics, or Economics from an accredited college or related field or equivalent work experience.

Experience

  • 6-8 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Intelligence, or Strategic Planning.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, along with hands-on experience in developing business performance reports.

  • Communication: Your ability to present complex intelligence in an understandable way will foster clear insights and decision-making.
  • Analytical Expertise: Your strong aptitude for analyzing business trends and performance measurement will drive strategic initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA and 2+ years of management or leadership experience.
