Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively with Fundraising colleagues, delivering results-driven marketing campaigns and communications support to grow our supporter base and income. Plan and deliver strategic campaigns to improve systems for seriously ill children and their families. Maximise our brand awareness and reputation through external communications. Monitor media channels to identify opportunities and threats to our strategic objectives. Lead proactive and reactive media relations, including writing press releases, arranging interviews, and responding to inquiries. Line-manage the Creative Content Lead. Candidate Requirements Outstanding storytelling skills demonstrated through generating income for causes via multiple channels. Experience across diverse communications and marketing functions. Excellent interpersonal skills and experience engaging effectively with external stakeholders. Ability to build strong cross-team relationships. Strong leadership skills.
