The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional support and service to NetSuite installed base customers. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide comprehensive NetSuite support to clients, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and process optimization, with a deep understanding of how NetSuite can be leveraged to optimize manufacturing operations. Manage and coordinate client engagements, ensuring timely delivery of services and satisfaction. Analyze client data and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains specific to the manufacturing industry. Configure and optimize NetSuite settings to meet client-specific needs, best practices, and industry standards for manufacturing. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services. Stay up-to-date with the latest NetSuite features, functionalities, and industry best practices, particularly those relevant to manufacturing. Requirements 3+ years of experience in a NetSuite Managed Services role. Strong accounting and finance background with a solid understanding of NetSuite's core financial modules. Experience working within the manufacturing industry is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Detail-oriented and organized.
