Admin Assistant (Healthcare) - 3-month contract Your new company Our client is a respected and long-standing organization in the healthcare services industry, located just outside the Boston area. They are currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support their growing team on a contract basis.
Your new role As an Administrative Assistant, you'll be an essential part of the compliance team, helping to manage pharmacy licensing and prepare for audits. Your responsibilities will include assembling and organizing documentation, handling regulatory filings (including those related to Medicare), and ensuring all materials are audit-ready. You'll report directly to the Compliance Manager and work in a collaborative, professional setting.
This is a fully on-site, ongoing contract position based in a modern WeWork office just south of Boston.
What you'll need to succeed - 2-3 years of administrative experience (healthcare or compliance preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
