Job Description
We are seeking an Organizational Change Manager to work on a team at our client site in Boston, MA. You will work onsite 2-3 days per week, which is located at Pier 4 in Boston.
The position is onsite and is scheduled to run for one year, with possible extensions to 18-24 months.
This position is W2 hourly with Roth Staffing (Ledgent is a division of Roth) and no 3rd party candidates can be considered. Pay Rate Range: $85.00/hr. - $112.00/hr.
Partners with: US OCM Lead, US & Global Project Leadership, HR, IT, Functional Leads.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager - Organizational Change Management (OCM) to support a suite of complex, cross-functional IT deployments (local & global) including SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, Kinaxis, Master Data Management (MDM), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and other enabling tools. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the US OCM Lead and the designated Change Leads embedded in each project (mainly external consultants) as well as cross-functional stakeholders to ensure consistent, coordinated, and people-focused change deployment. You will bring overarching visibility, drive synergy across workstreams & projects, and support the alignment of OCM strategies across our client's US organization.
This position requires a senior professional with deep expertise in enterprise change management, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and experience navigating large-scale global IT transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Change Management Strategy: Work in close partnership with Change Leads assigned to each project (e.g., S/4HANA, Coupa, MDM, CLM) and cross-functional stakeholders to deploy and monitor change strategies tailored to each initiative.
* Change Management Coordination: Facilitates cross-project collaboration to identify overlaps, gaps, and interdependencies in the OCM approach.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Provide guidance and oversight on stakeholder engagement plans and support Change Leads in mapping and engaging impacted stakeholder groups including Senior Leadership across functions and regions.
* Communication: Coordinate with project teams and Change Leads to deliver a cohesive communication plan that reflects both program-wide and project-specific changes, ensuring clarity and consistency of messaging across channels and teams.
* Training and Development: Oversee the integration of training plans across projects to ensure consistent end user preparation and skill-building, while supporting Change Leads and L&D teams in building tailored content based on the different system, role, and process changes.
* Change Management Deliverables: Lead the development of organizational change management deliverables for the US Digital Transformation leveraging existing artifacts where available and creating new artifacts when existing deliverables are not available. Where dedicated OCM resources are engaged (e.g. SPOT programs), ensure these deliverables are consistent with the overall Digital Transformation OCM framework and artifacts.
* Readiness and Adoption Monitoring: Develop and track integrated change adoption metrics and readiness assessments with input from each Change Lead and provide guidance on mitigating change resistance.
* Change Governance & Reporting: Participate in change governance forums to represent cross-project change progress, issues, and decisions, and ensure alignment and transparency between change workstreams and overall transformation leadership.
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Human
Resources or related field.
* Certification in Change Management methodologies (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR or similar)
preferred.
Experience:
* 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, with a focus on largescale ERP and digital transformation projects.
* Strong hands-on experience supporting implementations of S/4HANA, Coupa, Kinaxis,
MDM, and related tools.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate change across multiple concurrent
programs.
* Experience working with and guiding local or project-specific Change Leads
* Expertise in delivering structured change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
* Strong understanding of pharma business processes, ways of working and 3PLs a plus
* Previous Big 4 Consulting experience a plus
Location: Must be onsite in our client's office in Boston, MA two to three days per week.
