• Lead and manage project plan
• Strong project management skills
• Certification(s) required PROSCI, Change Guide or LaMarch
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Provide day-to-day technical supervision, high level support in multiple locations
• Proven problem solving and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability in team motivation and delegation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and Support Teams in integrating change management and training activities into their project plans
• Provide direct support and coaching to front-line managers and leaders as they help their direct reports through transitions
• Implement the company Organizational Change Management (OCM) Framework to manage the people side of change caused by change and transition
• Conduct readiness assessments evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner
• Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans- including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan
• Coordinate, conduct, and measure training deployment and competencies
• Develop Training/supporting materials and delivery OCM training to the organization; both formal and informal learning events
• Execute Change Management while supporting Change Management practices
