Tails Up, Castle Rock's premier pet boarding and daycare facility, is looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Pet Host to join our loving team. As a Pet Host, you'll be the first impression for our site, ensuring the happiness and safety of all our furry guests. Responsibilities:

• Provide impeccable customer service by following our Service Foundation principles
• Manage reservations and appointments
• Handle cash, check, and credit card transactions
• Interact closely with staff to address client and pet needs
• Ensure facility cleanliness and safety

Requirements:

• Passion for animals and animal care
• Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule
• Physically able to handle dogs of all sizes and lift up to 60 lbs
