The Physician Recruiter will be responsible for the full spectrum of physician recruitment including advertising, sourcing, pre-screening, distribution of candidate information to relevant parties, on-site interview scheduling and/or facilitation and maintaining knowledge of current and emerging physician recruitment strategies and best practices in the industry.

Required Qualifications: Physician Recruiter

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (i.e., business, human resources, marketing, psychology, communications, healthcare administration) OR equivalent combination of education/experience combined required. (One year of experience equals one year of education) required.
  • Minimum of two years recruiting experience is required.
  • Strong people skills and the ability to work with all levels of individuals required.
  • Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Independent problem-solving skills, and ability to function independently yet work effectively on a team required.
  • Ability to make presentations required.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple concurrent tasks simultaneously required.
  • Ability to develop professional working relationships with both internal and external customers / candidates required.
  • Ability to prioritize and flexibility to accomplish projects within established timeframes amid changing priorities required.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products required.
  • Knowledge of HR regulations and employment law required.
  • Certified Physician/Provider Recruitment Professional (CPRP) from the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment or achievement of CPRP within the first three years of employment required.

Preferred Qualifications: Physician Recruiter

  • Experience in physician recruitment, healthcare sales or staffing is preferred.
