What Youll Do

• Be the go-to expert in Locum Tenens recruitment .
• Source, recruit and build relationships with physicians and surgeons across the country via calls, emails, texts, and online sleuthing.
• Manage and grow your own book of business both client and candidate sides .
• Work with C-suite leaders, healthcare executives, and medical professionals to make ideal job matches.
• Cold call like a pro bring that confident, energetic voice and make it count (50+ calls/day expected).
• Maintain a detailed, organized database of talent and opportunities.
• Collaborate on strategic market expansion and new business development .
• 3+ years of physician recruitment experience .
• Proven success in B2B sales (also 3+ years).
• Strong typing/data entry skills and a love for multitasking.
• A go-getter attitude: competitive, focused, persuasive, and fast on your feet.
• Master communicator written, verbal, and everything in between.
• Self-starter who knows how to hunt, close, and deliver .
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing and excited to work in our office were big on culture and collaboration.
