Plant Operator

Keystone Clearwater Solutions – Full-Time | Water Treatment Operations

The Role:
As a Plant Operator, you’ll be responsible for monitoring and operating brine treatment and sludge processing systems at our water treatment facility. This hands-on role includes loading/unloading trucks, regulating system flows, conducting daily inspections, maintaining records, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to both mechanical systems and process control technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate brine treatment and sludge processing equipment
• Load and unload trucks, following proper procedures
• Monitor control panels, adjust valves, and regulate flow rates
• Record accurate operational data in databases and logs
• Conduct visual inspections and interpret meters, gauges, and test results
• Start and stop pumps, engines, and other equipment as needed
• Collect samples and assist with laboratory testing
• Maintain records to support regulatory compliance
• Perform daily operational checks and periodic pump inspections
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 2 years of experience in a water treatment or related facility
• Strong understanding of water treatment and solids removal operations
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry
• Ability to work safely in a physically demanding, high-risk environment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and climb up to 30 rungs

Schedule:
Full-Time | Plant-Based | May include nights, weekends, and holidays
