Currently, we provide virtual and in-person mental health services, including comprehensive evaluations, medication- management and therapy, across Pennsylvania and Virginia with plans to expand to new markets in 2025.
Position Summary
Blackbird Health is looking to hire a Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing Talent Team. This role will support our clinical recruitment efforts by sourcing top-tier healthcare professionals, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. You'll work in a fast-paced startup environment where attention to detail, organization, and candidate care are essential to our mission of connecting outstanding clinicians with meaningful opportunities.
