Job Description
The Recruiting Coordinator will support Support 3 to 5 recruiters to move and guide candidates through the recruitment process: Interview Scheduling, disposition candidate, audit Offer letter, advise candidate of next steps, initiate background check, immigration/sponsorship process, relocation process, book travel for candidate interview. Manage all communications to candidates. Possible Temp to Hire opportunity. Position is 85% REMOTE and 15% In office. Work Schedule: (Days & Time) : Monday - Friday. Roughly 9am - 5pm but flexible (ex: 8-4 is an option as well). The team has flexibility on Friday afternoons once settled into the role. Qualifications:
- Mandatory skills: interview scheduling skills (preferably with Tech and a high volume).
- Customer service is an important skill.
- Time Management. Ability to be agile in the role as we advance with the Tech we use.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems
- Microsoft Office

Responsibilities
- Support Talent advisors from a coordination perspective (scheduling interviews, extending offers, guiding candidates through the hiring process, supporting HM's with their questions, etc.)
- Support 3 to 5 recruiters to move and guide candidate through the recruitment process:
- Interview Scheduling, disposition candidate, audit Offer letter, advise candidate of next steps, initiate background check, immigration/sponsorship process, relocation process, book travel for candidate interview.
- Manage all communications to candidates
