Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Design Assistant to support our design team
by producing high-quality digital sketches and visualizations. The ideal candidate will have a
strong eye for design, proficiency in design software, and the ability to translate concepts into
compelling visuals that communicate design intent.
Key Responsibilities:
 Create detailed and accurate design sketches, renderings, and concept visuals using
industry-standard software (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite,
etc.).
 Collaborate with lead designer to refine and iterate on concepts based on client feedback.
 Assist in the preparation of presentation materials, including mood boards, concept
boards, and digital mock-ups.
 Organize and maintain digital libraries of design assets, sketches, and project files.
 Support the design team in day-to-day project tasks, including sourcing materials and
compiling reference imagery.
 Ensure all design outputs meet brand standards, project specifications, and deadlines.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree or coursework in Interior Design, Architecture, Graphic Design, or a
related field (or equivalent experience).
 Proficiency in at least two of the following: SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop,
Illustrator, InDesign, or similar design software.
 Strong drawing and visualization skills with a solid understanding of form, space, and
proportion.
 Ability to work efficiently on multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
 Experience with 3D modeling, rendering, or animation software (e.g., Lumion, Enscape,
Blender).
 Familiarity with design documentation and technical drawings.
 Knowledge of material finishes and industry trends in architecture or interior design.
