Discover more about us at **Primary Responsibilities:** + Support Exchange pricing activities such as rate development, preparing rate filings and responding back to regulatory authorities + Develop analyses that support the identification of meaningful medical and pharmacy cost trends, collaborating with subject matter experts to identify root causes of trends + Assist in the development of financial forecasts and projections + Develop analyses to support risk adjustment optimization and reporting + Participate in strategic discussions and supports strategies for healthy and sustainable growth + Developing presentation materials and communicating results of actuarial analyses to various stakeholders + Developing actuarial models + Uses best practice models and other industry recognized pricing tools + Applies actuarial principles in the performance of job responsibilities.; **Experience/Skills:** + Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field + Minimum three (3) years of post-graduate Actuarial experience + 3+ actuarial exams + Experience with ACA is preferred + Strong knowledge of Excel, SAS/SQL, and database applications used for analysis + Programming experience in Python or R is a plus + Strong project management skills + Strong ability to work on a team/communicate effectively ; **;Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion** At AmeriHealth Caritas, everyone can feel valued, supported, and comfortable to be themselves.
