About The Role

We are hiring an experienced political advertising, marketing, and social media professional to lead our Policy Marketing function. Reporting to the Head of North America Public Policy, you will oversee policy paid media, our creative studio, social media strategy, policy reputation, and campaign analytics.

• Lead a cutting-edge in-house policy marketing team, developing and scaling innovative strategies across media channels.
• Design and execute campaigns on issues like the future of work, small business support, affordability, and food access.
• Manage a team responsible for seven-figure campaigns, including design, content creation, ad buying, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with Policy, Communications, and Marketing teams to achieve shared goals.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.
• Develop a deep understanding of legislative trends to inform proactive and reactive strategies nationwide.

• At least 10 years of experience in corporate public policy or national political campaigns, with a proven ability to shape public opinion.
• A passion for innovation, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical skills, expertise in targeting, testing, and real-time reporting.
• Experience creating compelling content across mediums and leading diverse teams and external partners.
• Successful track record in non-traditional policy marketing leveraging new media platforms.
• Operational skills to manage internal and external stakeholders seamlessly.
• Experience engaging policy stakeholders through organic and paid social media strategies.

• Experience in the tech industry, especially the on-demand economy.
• Knowledge of policy issues like the future of work and small business support.
