We are seeking personable, passionate Servers who thrive in fast-paced, service-driven environments. Servers at 'ino are responsible for managing the guest experience, demonstrating a polished presence, deep product knowledge, and an unwavering dedication to hospitality.

Qualifications:

• Passion for providing exceptional hospitality and attention to detail

• Personable, articulate, and confident with strong communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining composure and professionalism

• Background in upscale or fine dining, with familiarity in casual formats

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage; Italian cuisine knowledge is a plus

• Ability to follow direction, delegate appropriately, and support team members

• Must be organized, punctual, and able to work with urgency while ensuring quality

• Familiarity with POS operations

• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods.

• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• NYC Food Handler’s Certificate preferred or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities:

• Manage and assume full responsibility for each guest’s experience from greeting to farewell

• Confidently describe and educate guests on all elements of the menu, including food, wine, and daily features

• Maintain a warm, polished, and welcoming demeanor with guests and colleagues alike

• Work collaboratively with the team and assist wherever needed to support the floor

• Uphold the restaurant’s service standards and follow detailed Steps of Service

• Ensure cleanliness of all work areas and adherence to DOH health and safety guidelines

• Accurately input orders and process payments through the POS system

• Stay proactive and responsive to guest needs while balancing multiple tables
