THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

The Senior Director of Digital Analytics and Experimentation is a strategic and operational leader, accountable for transforming data into actionable insights and driving a culture of experimentation across the ecommerce business. This role is pivotal in shaping the digital customer journey, optimizing business performance, and supporting continued growth and innovation. This role will oversee a high performing team, partner with cross-functional leaders, and ensure the organization leverages advanced analytics and testing methodologies to drive business results at scale.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital analytics and experimentation strategy, aligning with the company’s $2B ecommerce growth objectives and digital transformation roadmap.
2. Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of analytics frameworks and testing programs (A/B, multivariate, personalization) to optimize user experience, conversion, and revenue. 
3. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives, marketing campaigns, and site performance
4. Oversee the development of dashboards, reports, and presentations to deliver actionable insights to executive leadership and stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making.
5. Partner with Product, Marketing, Technology, and Merchandising teams to identify opportunities for growth, customer acquisition, retention, and operational efficiency through advanced analytics.
6. Champion the use of digital analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and ensure data integrity, scalability, and democratization across the organization.
7. Partner with digital innovation, IT, eCommerce, merchandising and marketing teams to bring AI-powered capabilities to life.
8. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analytics, testing, and data science professionals, fostering a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning.
9. Identify and implement automation opportunities and advanced analytics techniques (predictive modeling, segmentation, attribution) to enhance business outcomes and operational efficiency.
10. Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements in all analytics and data management practices.
11. Communicate complex analyses and insights in a clear, compelling manner to influence strategic decisions at the highest levels of the organization.
12. Oversee the team that implements the digital analytics tagging for Adobe within the Tealium platform.

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in digital analytics, experimentation, or data science, with at least 5 years in a senior/executive leadership role within ecommerce or digital businesses.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale analytics and testing programs that drive measurable business impact for high-volume ecommerce operations.
• Expertise in digital analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), A/B and multivariate testing tools, and data visualization software.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
• Experience building and mentoring high-performing analytics teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

The pay range for this position is $201,900.00 - $250,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
