Location: Hybrid (Remote + Occasional On-Site)
Hours: 1015 hours per week
Duration: Summer 2025 (flexible start and end dates)

Rodgers and Rodgers Consulting is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented summer intern to support internal technology operations. This role centers on managing and improving Google Spreadsheets, developing automations with Google Apps Script, and providing technical support across the Google Workspace and macOS ecosystems. Ideal for a student with a solid foundation in computer science who is eager to apply their skills in a real-world setting.

What Youll Do

• Apply and maintain test archive protocols across all operational Google Sheets
• Audit and improve spreadsheet structure, formatting, and logic
• Write and debug advanced Google Sheets formulas and Apps Script code
• Build workflow automations to streamline manual processes
• Provide light technical support for Google Workspace apps (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive)
• Assist with macOS troubleshooting (login access, permissions, configuration)
• Contribute to internal tech documentation and related research projects

Minimum Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Completed at least one advanced data structures course
• Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets, including functions like QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, and IMPORTRANGE
• Experience writing and editing Google Apps Script
• Comfortable working with macOS systems
• Detail-oriented, self-directed, and effective communicator

Preferred (Not Required)

• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript or Python)
• Interest in automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Shortcuts, Automator)
• Passion for process optimization or productivity system design
