The Supervisor, Search Engine Marketing role involves acting as the main day-to-day point of contact for the client, providing strategic recommendations and analysis (30%), managing the execution of clients’ Search program and analyst level resources (25%), analyzing performance data and providing insights and action plans (15%), working with senior leadership to develop Paid Search strategy and testing methodology (15%), contributing to team training and learning (10%), managing relationships with key search engine representatives (3%), and supporting new business initiatives (2%). The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and tactician, a self-starter with strong writing and communication skills, detail-oriented, independent, organized, flexible, a team player, business mature, eager to mentor, and an advocate for diversity and inclusion. Preferred qualifications include 2.5+ years of experience in Search Engine Marketing with a focus on direct response campaigns, 1+ years with bid management platforms and analytics packages, strong quantitative and analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. The role offers a salary range of $1,634.62 to $2,019.23 per week, with actual pay varying based on skills, experience, and other factors.
