Team Member Responsibilities:

• Participate in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Provide immediate and respectful responses to guests' needs
• Assist in training new hires and act as a role model for the team
• Be a friendly and encouraging team player
• Contribute to opening/closing procedures and lead shifts
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Display a warm smile and maintain eye contact
• Communicate enthusiastically and make emotional connections with guests
• Have reliable transportation and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Possess strong people skills and a commitment to superior customer service
• Ability to manage team member behavioral and performance issues
• Work effectively in a team environment with shared ownership
• Prior experience in a leadership role is preferred but not required
