What We're Looking For
We are seeking a passionate, hands-on Brewer to join our team in Anchorage. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven production environment and takes pride in crafting memorable beers, this is your chance to do it in one of the most beautiful and adventurous places on earth.
Key Responsibilities
Execute day-to-day brewing operations: milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, whirlpooling, and fermentation.
Monitor and record fermentation and cellar activities including transfers, dry hopping, clarification, and carbonation.
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness in all brewing, cellaring, and packaging areas.
Perform QA/QC checks to ensure consistent and high-quality beer production.
Collaborate with the Head Brewer and R&D team on seasonal and specialty beer development.
Follow SOPs and safety procedures to ensure a clean, efficient, and safe work environment.
Assist with inventory control, ingredient sourcing, and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
1–3 years of professional brewing experience required; formal brewing education a plus.
Strong understanding of the brewing process from grain to glass.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and move full kegs (up to 165 lbs).
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Team-oriented, self-motivated, and quality-obsessed.
