The Opportunity Our Leadership Development team seeks an executive full-time coach to provide coaching to priority Partner populations across the US, including those in leadership development programs for future leaders. You will be part of a dynamic, national team focused on empowering individuals to meet increasing leadership challenges with clarity, confidence, and impact. Your work will include 1:1 coaching, group coaching, and potentially other modalities. You will contribute to the coaching practice and the broader Leadership Development team, seeking feedback on coaching impact and engaging as a thought leader in coaching methodologies. Your Key Responsibilities Providing executive coaching to senior leaders and teams, managing a book of at least 35 clients Delivering exceptional coaching experiences to strengthen EY’s leadership development brand Seeking feedback throughout coaching engagements Upholding ICF Competencies and Code of Ethics Collaborating with the coaching team and sharing best practices Building relationships with Talent stakeholders to manage coaching demand Sharing insights and themes from coaching with stakeholders Preparing and delivering coaching events, workshops, and materials as needed Willingness to work flexible hours or travel as required Minimum Qualifications 10+ years relevant experience, including at least 5 years coaching senior executives, preferably in professional services ICF PCC credential and advanced coaching education Fluent in English (verbal and written) Experience coaching virtually in diverse cultural environments Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Ability to navigate ambiguity in a complex, agile environment Growth mindset and ability to foster a coaching culture Excellent communication skills for thought leadership Preferred Qualifications Certification to work with “The Leadership Circle Profile” for individuals and teams Certification in “Immunity to Change” approach for individuals and teams What We Offer We provide future-focused skill development, world-class experiences, flexible work environments, and a diverse, inclusive culture.
