**Job Description:**
We are looking for a self-starter and self-motivated Office Assistant who can effectively manage a busy office environment. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls, keeping track of leads, scheduling appointments, assisting with credit report pulls, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage incoming calls and respond promptly to client inquiries.
- Maintain and organize leads and client information for follow-up.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for the team.
- Assist with pulling credit reports as needed.
- Keep up with daily administrative tasks to ensure office efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall operations.

**Qualifications:**
- Must be bilingual; fluency in Spanish is required (reading and writing).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
